For Realtors

Real Estate and Staging Professionals

I am Mike Lehmann owner of the Lehmann Design Group and a registered landscape architect and project manager based in the Triangle.  I specialize in custom landscape architectural and garden design services to high end residential clients.

A “niche” service I offer is helping Realtors and staging professionals like you help their clients sell their homes.  How?  By improving the curb appeal of your client’s homes, mostly through modest landscape fix-ups such as new plantings, seasonal color, hardscape improvements, night lighting and with maintenance or cleanup improvements such as pruning, trimming and/or weeding.

This is done up front as a paid designer/consultant and can take the form of a one-time visit, follow-up written or graphic plan or report, referrals, or even a start to finish “turnkey” operation which would include implementation by the appropriate contractors.  With one call the Lehmann Design Group can handle it all…consultation, proposal, action plan, and project completion.

One thing is certain:

In today’s housing market, a proactive sales strategy will give you and your hopeful seller a huge leg up at attracting a qualified buyer at the listed price, or even higher.  As a professional, you cannot afford to overlook or neglect curb appeal as part of a successful marketing strategy, applicable regardless of market conditions, even in today’s seller’s market.

Chances are you have listed properties which could use such a makeover.  Regardless of season, buyers will be online and on the road checking and evaluating properties, looking for their dream home.  Inevitably, curb appeal will play an important role in which property catches their eye, as it always does.  Will those buyers stop and take a good look around?  Walk in?  Make an offer?  Talk to your homeowner client…a little extra pizzazz will make all the difference.

Call and let’s set up a time to meet at your next listed property or next staging event, or send me an email via my contact page.
