Interior Designers…we are natural allies…
Landscape architects and interior designers are natural allies. We can easily support each other as designers in providing our high end residential clients with the comfortable, beautiful, supportive environments they expect from us, merging “outside” with “inside” to great effect.
My first wife, Pam, was (and still is) an interior designer. We spent many years collaborating together to provide our shared customers with coordinated design services that synergistically elevated and enhanced the products and services we provided to them. I would love to collaborate with you and your company to create the same kind of magic.
I am Mike Lehmann, owner of the Lehmann Design Group. As a landscape architect, I have decades of experience working with mostly high end residential clients that seek beautiful, functional landscapes and gardens that inspire, promote and support wellbeing and health, fun, family, recreation and connection to the natural world…that completes the idea of “home” in every sense of the word.
There are many opportunities for collaboration. Some examples include a focus on important window views (enhancing the positive and screening or buffering the negative), creating outdoor kitchens and other outdoor dining settings, recreational and social spaces that extend and enhance indoor spaces, improving entry or exit experiences, environmental considerations such as shading or cooling hot western (window) exposures and the like.
Please, feel free to fully explore my website to glean more information about me, my background, work history and design philosophy. I would welcome an opportunity to work directly with you and/or your design. While collaboration is ideal, referrals directly to your customers would also be welcomed.
Let’s talk soon.
Mike
